Weeks 1 & 2:

You’ll meet with your dedicated RE:boot coach for an initial discussion and talk through all your Raiser’s Edge™ issues

You’ll meet the other 9 bootcampers in the first group coaching call (every other week throughout the 3-month period)

Clean up modules will be unlocked for solicitors, relationships, actions, notes, media, addressees & salutations, constituent codes, constituent attributes, and duplicates
Weeks 4 & 5

Attend the group coaching call and share ideas with fellow bootcampers

Cleanup modules will be unlocked for security, business rules, letters, other attributes and module cleanup for events, education, tributes, prospect, and volunteer
Weeks 6 & 7

Time to catch up on constituent cleanup before we turn our sights to gifts
Weeks 8 & 9

Clean up modules will be unlocked for campaigns, funds, appeals, building your gift architecture, subtypes, soft credits, and matching gifts
Weeks 10 & 11

Clean up modules will be unlocked for pledges, write offs, annotations, archiving old queries, reports and exports, and managing inactive records.
